Pre-sale 14:00- (tentative) / at the door / after the show　



The merchandise sales at the venue will be open to customers who do not have a ticket for the show and non-members of "JIP's".

The merchandise sales area is expected to be crowded during the opening and after the show. Please take advantage of the pre-sale time before the doors open.



In addition to cash, credit cards (one-time payment only) and electronic money (transportation system IC) can be used for merchandise sales at the venue.

Please confirm the details at the sales counter.

*Payment by credit card or electronic money (transportation system IC) may take some time depending on the communication environment. Also, the service may not be available in some cases due to the communication environment or other reasons.

Please note that this service cannot be used in conjunction with cash payment.



Please note that the stock of each item is limited. Please understand that we may run out of stock.

Please note that there may be restrictions on purchases depending on conditions on the day of the event.



Please be sure to check your purchases, sizes, quantities, and change on the spot.

We will not be able to respond to any requests made after leaving the sales floor.

We do not accept returns or exchanges except for initial defects.

Defective items can only be exchanged at the venue where you made your purchase on the day of the event, so please check the items immediately after purchase.



Please refrain from standing in line all night, late at night, or early in the morning at the venue or in the vicinity of the venue, as it may be a nuisance to your safety and to the neighborhood.



Please follow the instructions of the staff when standing in line to purchase goods and using the sales area.

Please take care of your health condition by drinking water frequently when standing in the merchandise line.

Only customers who are purchasing goods will be allowed to line up in the standby line.

No one is allowed to join his/her companion in the line.

If you are found to be waiting for a friend or acquaintance to join you in the line, a staff member may ask you to rejoin the line.

Please wait for your friends outside of the sales area.



If you do not abide by the rules, or if you violate the rules or cause inconvenience to others, we may have no choice but to suspend the sale.
